Leon County Legislative Delegation 2024 Post-Session Wrap-Up

Capital Tiger Bay Club is proud to welcome the Leon County Legislative Delegation for a post-2024 Session Wrap-Up to discuss Session highlights, lowlights, legislation they have championed, and what’s in store for the county and the state.

Sen. Corey Simon (R-Tallahassee) was elected in 2022 and serves as Chair of the Senate Education Pre-K-12 Committee; Agriculture Committee; Appropriations Committee on Education; and others.

Rep. Gallop Franklin (D-Tallahassee) was elected in 2022 and serves on the Education & Employment Committee, Education Quality Subcommittee; Healthcare Regulation Subcommittee; and others.

Rep. Allison Tant (D-Tallahassee) was elected in 2020 and serves as the Democratic Ranking Member on both the Commerce Committee and the Postsecondary Education & Workforce Subcommittee; and others.

We ask members to PLEASE RSVP as soon as you can and NO LATER THAN Tuesday, March 26th. This allows us to plan for seating and service at the event.
